Delivery
We ship to all cities and towns across Pakistan. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times:
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Multan): 2–3 working days
- Other cities: 3–5 working days
- Remote areas: 5–7 working days
You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount — please check the website for current promotions.
Returns Policy
We want you to love every product from Ora Beauty Glow. If you're not happy, here's what you need to know:
- Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- To initiate a return, WhatsApp or email us with your order number and reason
- We do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
