General
These terms apply to all users of this website. Ora Beauty Glow reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Products
We take great care to accurately describe our products. However, colours and textures may appear slightly different on screen compared to the physical product. All our products are handmade in small batches and may have minor natural variations — this is a sign of authenticity, not a defect.
Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched.
Shipping
We ship across Pakistan. Delivery times vary by location. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for products that are unused and in original condition. Please contact us before returning any item. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Limitation of Liability
Ora Beauty Glow is not liable for any allergic reactions resulting from failure to read the listed ingredients. We strongly recommend doing a patch test before using any new skincare product.
